Newly updated in Forma Admin, after your pre-tax files are reviewed you can preview any warnings or errors we find directly from the File Manager and get instructions on how to fix them.

To make sure employees get the reimbursements they’re owed, we made a change within the pre-tax claim filing process that requires users to link and verify their bank account if they haven’t already.

Through a third-party audit, we're addressing more than 70 high priority accessibility issues to make sure the Forma website is easily usable by anyone using assistive technologies.

Resubmit rejected claims
No one likes it when their claim is rejected, but soon it’ll be easier than ever to resubmit those claims ASAP. From the Claims page in Forma, employees can edit a rejected claim (for example attaching a missing receipt) and resubmit it without having to start all over again.
