We’re inching closer to the end of the year and in the benefits world that means two things: open enrollment for 2024 and using every last bit of your pre-tax money that expires at the end of 2023. As we gear up to help you and your employees navigate these crucial months, check out what’s new from Forma.

Resubmit rejected claims

It’s now easier than ever to resubmit rejected claims! Instead of filing an entirely new claim, your employees can edit a rejected claim (for example attaching a missing receipt) and resubmit it in just a few clicks.

Our latest update to Forma Admin focuses on 3 graphs so you can gauge how your pre-tax benefits programs are being adopted and used by your employees.

Forma Admin: Employees enrolled in pre-tax benefits

Displayed as a percentage, this graph shows how many employees that are eligible for pre-tax benefits have actually enrolled in them. We designed this graph so you can track pre-tax benefits enrollment rate month over month.

Forma Admin: Enrolled employees who have spent pre-tax money

Displayed as a percentage, this graph shows how many employees that are enrolled in pre-tax benefits have spent some of those pre-tax funds. We designed this graph so you can track pre-tax benefit utilization month over month.

Forma Admin: Total number of pre-tax accounts by status

This graph shows you how many total accounts, per account type, there are per month grouped by status (active, temporarily inactive, or terminated). We designed this graph so you can track the status change of accounts over time.

New products on the Forma Store

During October, we added 6 new vendors and 101 new products, including ergonomic furniture brand Herman Miller and meal delivery kit Blue Apron. Plus limited time partnerships and product bundles!

Increased accessibility on joinforma.com

Through a third-party audit, we're addressing more than 70 high priority accessibility issues to make sure the Forma website is easily usable by anyone using assistive technologies.

End of year education for your employees
To help your employees get the most from their pre-tax money, we’re building a product page to show them a summary of which of their benefits will expire, how much they still have left to spend, as well as important dates like the last day to spend and the last day to file claims.

Emails to remind employees to spend their pre-tax money

We’re building out 2 email series focused on reminding your employees to use their pre-tax money before it expires. One close to the end of their benefits’ coverage dates and another when the end of the run-out period is coming up (if applicable).
