Unified platform for all spending accounts
- Personalized Home Page: Guided experience to feature relevant content to employees with a task center so users don't miss important actions
Timing: Rolled out to all customers in Aug 2023
- Forma Pre-tax Card: Ability for employees to easily request a new Forma Card or replace an existing one for themselves or their dependentsTiming: Aug 2023
- Mobile App: Functionality for mobile app users to invest HSA money and monitor or sell HSA investments within the Forma iOS and Android apps

Support for the most complex, global organizations
- Currency Localization: Feature that automatically converts employees' funds when they move to a new country prompted by their address change
Timing: June 2023
- Language Localization: Translations within the Forma desktop platform, mobile app, and Forma's Help Center to display Forma in the user's native language (note: additional cost may apply)

- Forma Store: New additions to keep supporting international employees with additions of globally recognized brands and localized vendors

Delightful member experience
- Pre-tax Card: Auto-adjudication of recurring Forma Card transactions, at the same merchant and of the same amount, that were substantiated with receipt the first time at the merchant
Timing: July 2023
- Notifications: Updated claim approval emails with further details and instantaneous SMS text notifications if the Forma Card is declined for pre-tax purchases

- Claims: Easier and clearer claim process as employees can now edit or delete a pending claim without requiring help from the Forma Support team

- Pre-tax Accounts: New requirement for pre-tax users to link to their bank accounts to get reimbursed for approved claims
