Intro to Forma email/messaging guide:

  • A customizable email template for you to send internally to employees prior to launch. 
  • This gives an overview of Forma and is used to build excitement prior to launch.
  • Forma recommends this be sent one week before your official launch date, in partner with the Introduction to Forma flyer.

Intro to Forma flyer:

  • This one-page document explains how employees can use their benefit money, including shopping the pre-tax FSA and HSA Stores, using their pre-tax Forma Card, and filing a claim for reimbursement.
  • It also includes how to reach the Forma Support team if employees have questions. This is hosted on Client intranet pages. 
  • Forma recommends this be sent one week before your official launch date.

Intro to Forma presentation:

  • The presentation is a high-level overview of how your employees will use their Forma benefits.
  • This is a walkthrough of their account, including how to activate and log in, how to file claims, and how to check their balances.
